Elena has focused on the management of employment relationships, both salaried and self-employed, assisting companies also in operations of transformation and reduction of workforce.
Before beginning her collaboration with Morri Rossetti e Associati, Elena worked for law firms based in Milan, focusing primarily on labour law.
Graduated in Law at University of Bologna and she is a member of the Italian Bar in Milan since 2019.
Emanuela Lorusso
Emanuela collaborates with the Department of Labour law and industrial relations; she advices Italian and international clients in and out of Court, in any aspect of the employment relationship.
She graduated from the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria with a thesis in labour law.
Before beginning her collaboration with Morri Rossetti, Emanuela completed an internship at the European Parliament in Brussels and, afterwards, she developed professional experiences in two boutique-law firms both specialized in labour law, in Reggio Calabria and in Milan.
She is a lawyer and member of the Bar of Milan.
